My children love going to their appointments and every time they return they’re so happy and I have enormous peace of mind because he takes care of all our problems doesn’t matter how absurd they seem... When our previous pediatrician retired he referred us here and said he was leaving us in good hands and without a doubt it was!!!!!
The entire team is magnificent, always friendly and attentive to every slightest need. The facilities are spacious, beautiful and very clean and the spruce app is a plus in all this, you access appointments easily and quickly. Without a doubt it is the best clinic for children in the Treasure Valley and I hope to continue with them for many more years 🙌🏻

(Which has been a lot because of military and moving) we also just met his PA, and she is amazing. The sweetest thing. My daughter loves Dr. Birch but told me as we left, I really love her too! We very recently took my oldest in for an infection on his finger. Dr. Birch recommended some home remedies to ensure the healing before trying antibiotics. My sons finger wasn’t severe but I am so pleased dr. Birch didn’t jump to medication first. I’m happy to say after one day of doing what he advised the finger is back to normal without anything unnecessary. My children have seen Dr. Birch for four years. He has always been extremely professional along with playful the entire time. My family trusts him completely. Set up care with Dr. Birch he is so understanding of parents preferences, very comforting for children, and has worth while advice for any situation.

I feel like he listens … More to me, he answers all of my questions thoroughly, & never ever makes me feel like I’m doing anything wrong. He’s been super supportive and encouraging with breastfeeding which has been a struggle and unsuccessful in the past with my other two children. He breaks things down for me on what to focus on for the next however many weeks, and that keeps me from getting overwhelmed. I also appreciate him being firm on not prescribing medication immediately but trying to identify the cause of issues first. It’s always what is best for my baby and me, and I super appreciate that!
